LEEDS Accreditation
Although the architectural style of the Golf Club is inspired by an elegant bygone era, the building systems plus ecological and environmental approach are inspired by the 21st century’s green building movement. State of the art building systems and environmental design approaches are being employed to reduce the projects overall carbon footprint. The cooling affects of air movement over water elements and through the shaded arcades into the building are an example of passive techniques that will be employed to reduce interior cooling demands.
All efforts are to develop this Golf Club as one of the few LEEDS accredited ones.
